INGREDIENTS

Paneer – 200 gm
Green peas – 100 gm
Tomato – 2 small chopped
Onion – 2 small chopped
Green chilly – 3 chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves chopped
Fennel seeds – 1 spoon
Cardamom – 3 pieces
Cashew nuts
Coriander powder – 2 spoon
Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
Salt – 1 tea spoon
Sugar – 1/2 tea spoon
Kasuri methi- 1 spoon
Thick cream – half cup
Butter – 1 cube

GRIND
Tomato
Onion
Green chilies
Garlic
Fennel seeds
Cardamom
Cashew nuts

FRY
Onion
Green Peas
Salt
Coriander powder
Red chilly powder
Garam masala

HOW TO
1. Add the freshly ground mixture and let it cook for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
2. Add thick cream and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Fry Paneer cubes separately and add it to the gravy, cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add sugar and kasuri methi to the final mix.
