Small onion – 500 gm
Ginger – 10 pieces
Grated Coconut – 3 tablespoons
Coconut pieces – 10 to 15
Green chilies – 3 nos
Coriander Powder – 100 gm
Red chilly powder – 2 table spoons
Turmeric powder – 1 table spoon
Pepper – 10 nos
Cumin seed – half teaspoon
Fennel seed & poppy seed 1 tablespoons
Cloves – 5 nos
Cinnamon – 10 small pieces
Salt as required
Oil as required
After deep fry,
Grind into a fine paste.
(Remember to keep a quarter portion of the paste to use it in the last stage)
Add the freshly ground paste to turmeric soaked Mutton.
Boil to cook and the filter the gravy.
(Fry well and add a small amount to the filtered gravy)
Add mutton – saved ground paste – coconut chunk – salt
Cook for 10 minutes.
