White Bread – 3 slices
Milk – 500 ml
Heavy cream – half cup
Sugar – half cup
Cashew nuts
Raisins – cut into pieces
Cardamom- 4
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tea spoon

3 slices of bread into fine powder.
Sugar , Cashew , Pista , Cardamom together.

To boiling milk mix powdered bread and then the nuts mix.
Stir occasionally.
Add Raisins / Vanilla essence / Thick cream
Cook well to make thick consistency.

Let it cool down.

Pour it in Kulfi moulds and freeze for 6 – 8 hours.

Enjoy the super tasty KULFI.
