INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken 250 gm (Or with bone)

Green chilies – As per your taste

Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Mint leaves

Garlic – 5 cloves

Ginger – One inch

Cumin seeds – 1 spoon

Fennel seeds – 1 spoon

Coriander seeds – 1 spoon

Pepper – 1 spoon

Cloves – 2 pieces

Cinnamon – 2 medium sized

Cashews

Oil

Onion – 2 small sized

Salt

Lemon – Half

GRIND

Green chilies

Coriander leaves

Curry leaves

Mint leaves

Garlic

Ginger

Cumin seeds

Fennel seeds

Coriander seeds

Cloves

Cinnamon

Pepper

Cashews

MARINATE

1. Add the freshly ground paste to chicken

2. Squeeze half a lemon into it

3. Add salt to taste

(Marinate for 15 minutes)

FRY

In a pan Oil – Chopped onion – Marinated Chicken Cook for 10 minutes with closed lid (stir occasionally)

Serve with Rice / Chappathi and all types of bread.
