HOW TO MAKE?

  1. Grind 3 cups of sugar and 3 to 6 cardamom into fine powder.
  2. Take a cup of corn flour.
  3. Add sugar / Cardamom mix.
  4. Add 4 cups of water.
  5. Add food color of your choice.
  6. Mix it well till no lumps visible.
  7. In a pan, pour 2 spoons of ghee.
  8. Add cashew nuts and fry, followed by raisins.
  9. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  10. Stir well to jelly thick.

NOTE
Use the same cup for easy measurement, 1:3:4 ratio of Flour : Sugar : Water

SERVING

  1. Apply ghee to a flat plate.
  2. Transfer the mixture to it and let it set for a few minutes. (Refrigerate if you wish)

Cut into beautiful shapes and enjoy!
