INGREDIENTS

Minced chicken -250 gm
Onions – 2 medium sized chopped
Garlic- 4 cloves chopped
Ginger -1 inch chopped
Chilly – 3 to 4 chopped
Coriander leaves – chopped
Lemon – half
Rice flour – 2 spoon
Cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Fennel seeds – 1 spoon
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Garam masala – 1 spoon
Salt – 1 tea spoon
Oil – To fry

FRY

Onions – 2 medium sized chopped
Garlic- 4 cloves chopped
Ginger -1 inch chopped
Chilly – 3 to 4 chopped
Coriander leaves – chopped
Cumin seeds – 1 spoon
Fennel seeds – 1 spoon
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Garam masala – 1 spoon
&
Grind Coarsely.

HOW TO

  1. Add the freshly ground mixture to minced chicken, squeeze half a lemon into it, add rice flour and coriander leaves.
  2. Mix it well
  3. Shape it into kebab
  4. Steam the kebab pieces for 10 minutes or microwave it for 15 minutes.
  5. Fry the kebab pieces till they turn golden brown.
